Kid's chairs by Alvar Aalto, model N65 for Artek, Finland.
The chairs date from the 1960s - 70s, retailed in the USA by ICF New York. Labels are present to the underside.
Birch bentwood with white laminate seat. The wood has a lovely rich golden tone only acquired through time.
In very good overall condition. Both are nice and sturdy. One has a small area of loss to the bottom of the back rest, the other has slight separation of the surface wood on the back rest behind the seat, only visible on close inspection, doesn't affect stability. Some of the screws have been replaced.
Cleaned, ready for use.
