1960s Charlotte Perriand fireside or 'chauffeuse' chairs for 'Résidence La Cachette, Arc 1600, France.
Made of cylindrical sections of solid oak. Seat and back rest are 2 separate sections which fit together.
Superb simplistic design, visually stunning.
Condition: Oak has superb warm colour, signs of age as pictured but no damage.
Frames only. 2 available, both in similar condition
The last pic shows an example of a now sold chair in bouclé fabric. Custom made cushions in a choice of natural fabrics available on request at extra cost.
