Arts & Crafts oak adjustable ratchet floor lamp

Arts & Crafts adjustable lamp from the 1940s, sourced from France.

Similar in design to lamps by Frances Elkins.

Adjustable ratchet mechanism allows the lamp to be raised to floor lamp size or lowered to be a large table lamp.

Made of solid oak without the use of screws or nails, all joints are pegged.

Excellent condition, no damage or old repairs. Period style fabric covered cable with bakelite 2 pin plug and brass switched bulb holder.
