Tripod stool in oak with a thick woven rush seat by French designers Adrien Audoux and Frida Minet. France, 1950s.

The seat is made of thick reed braids woven in a circular pattern. Legs and back rest are made of dark oak which perfectly contrasts the seat. The chair has a wonderful natural rustic look.

Signs of wear and use consistent with age. The bolts at the top of each leg have been replaced at some point, however these are not visible unless looking underneath. See pics

Cleaned, ready for use.
