UK Shipping :

We offer free UK mainland shipping on all small/medium items over £75 sent via courier company (DHL/TNT/UPS), all orders are sent with tracking and insurance.

Larger items will be delivered via our own door to door courier - Please email us for a price.

International Shipping :

We ship worldwide and offer discounted shipping rates.

Cost is in addition to the price stated and dependant on parcel size and destination. Please email us for a price.

Customs/Import duties may be applicable at point of entry to the destination country, these are not included and are payable to the shipping company/customs authorities by the customer.

EU countries - Since 1st Jan 2021, the above also applies to all EU orders. 

Returns :

We hope you'll be happy with your purchase, but if you wish to return or exchange goods we ask that you return them unused and in saleable condition within 14 days of receiving them. Goods should be posted/couriered using a signed for service with insurance in case the goods are lost or damaged in transit. Unfortunately we are not able to refund postage costs and you will be required to pay the return shipping costs.
